Rally's head moves in a continuous circle, keeping constant contact with your body and creating a gentle warming sensation through friction — relief that works with your body, not against it. It's especially welcome in areas too sensitive for traditional percussive massagers.
Which attachment should I start with?
Rally comes with three interchangeable attachments, each designed for different types of relief:
- Flat: A smooth surface that provides even pressure, with robust edges for adjustable intensity—perfect for general muscle relaxation or large muscle groups.
- Peak: A central, focused point that helps deliver deeper, more targeted pressure—ideal for deep-tissue therapy or addressing tight spots.
- Echo: Features concentric channels and a softer surface, creating a fluid, ripple-like effect—best for lower-intensity therapies, such as lymphatic work or gentle muscle recovery.

I was skeptical of the price, but the “try for 21 days” intrigued me. It took me about 30 seconds of using it to be sold. It is a real game changer on calves, shins, and feet especially. Totally different experience than all the other massage guns…and by far the best. We have all the health and fitness “gadgets” at all prices…this is the “Best Buy” of ours over the last several years. In short…it is one of those items, that if it were lost or stolen, I would order another immediately!

I am a licensed/certified athletic trainer, and this tool is both gentle on the skin and powerful enough to work out tight, sore muscles. It works especially well on bony areas like the feet and more sensitive areas such as the calves and shins. Of course, it is also excellent for larger muscle groups like the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, pectorals, and back muscles. Many of my athletes now prefer the Rally Orbital Massager over a traditional massage gun.
