Thank you for choosing Rally! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that meet your needs and expectations. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Rally offers 2 product warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship.

1.1.1 The standard Rally 1-Year Warranty covers all device units, comes with every purchase of a Rally device and lasts for a specified period from the date of purchase.

1.1.2 The standard Rally 90-Day Warranty covers all accessories, attachments, charging cables, adapters, charging docks, with every purchase and lasts for a specified period from the date of purchase.

1.2 Warranties are applicable only to products purchased directly from Rally or authorized resellers. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to claim warranty coverage.

1.3 Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original recipient of the product.

2. Warranty Activation

2.1 Every Rally unit is covered by a 1-year warranty which will be activated upon registration.

2.2 All Rally accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty which will be activated upon registration. 

3. Warranty Claims

3.1 If you believe your Rally product is defective and qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact our Customer Experience team within the warranty period. You can reach us via email at hello@getrally.co.

3.2 Our Customer Experience team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include providing additional information, troubleshooting steps, or requesting photographs or videos to assess the issue.

3.3 If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our Customer Experience team will provide instructions for returning the product to us. You may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless otherwise specified by Rally.

4. Warranty Determination

4.1 Upon receiving your returned product, our technicians will inspect and evaluate the issue reported.

4.2 If the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product, or provide a refund of the original purchase price.

4.3 The decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund will be based on factors such as the nature of the defect, availability of replacement parts, or current product stock.

4.4 In cases where the product or a specific component is discontinued or unavailable, Rally reserves the right to replace the product or component with a similar item of equal or higher value.

5. Warranty Exclusions

5.1 Neither Rally Warranty will cover damage or defects resulting from:

5.1.1 Units that have been lost or disposed of.

5.1.2 Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage and discoloration wherein the unit is still functioning.

5.1.3 Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation of the product.

5.1.4 Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions, warnings, or maintenance guidelines provided by Rally.

5.1.5 Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons.

5.1.6 Accidental damage, or any external causes beyond our control.

5.1.7 Products that have been used for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use. 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Rally's liability under these warranties is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6.2 In no event shall Rally be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the product, its use, or the warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Additional Information

7.1 This warranty policy is in addition to any rights or remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

7.2 Rally reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be published on our website.
