I swam competitively many years but now swim just to stay fit while also doing moderate lifting. I purchased the Rally after it was recommended by a trainerv at my gym. I now use it after weights and also after swimming and aerobics. It is a godsend for blood flow, soreness, limberness, feeling more fit, and feeling a lot more energy. I really appreciate the low noise and ease of use factor. I also like that you can do gentle or intense modes, because I have always disliked how massage guns felt so gruff (so I never used them!). I take the Rally with several attachments to the pool with me -- when it;s there, I feel more motivated to workout, and also stronger for tomorrow

I was hesitant to order this device at first because I already owned a Theragun Pro. I’m glad to say that the Rally Orbital Massager has replaced it as my go to massager. When I use it for warmup it covers a larger area, warms and loosen my muscles faster than any other device. When using the flat attachment, I can go over sensitive areas such as my bones with no issues. If I need more pressure or percussion, I turn the attachment head to the side. The spinning motion is great for recover especially when my muscles are sore. The unit is solid with a strong motor and I’m sure I will get many years of usage. I do wish there was a travel/bag included. For those on the fence, I know it’s pricy, but think of it as an investment to your health/well being. The Rally Orbital Massager is a great unit that is worth to own and invest in.

After getting frustrated with their stall force problems and having a knot in my upper leg that persisted through any treatment, even professional massages, I decided to try rally. It works like a charm for very deep knots. It's effective for post work out but also useful for anytime tightness or clinching issues. Also because it's quiet as the breeze, I use it during evenings on the patio just relaxing.
