I am a licensed/certified athletic trainer, and this tool is both gentle on the skin and powerful enough to work out tight, sore muscles. It works especially well on bony areas like the feet and more sensitive areas such as the calves and shins. Of course, it is also excellent for larger muscle groups like the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, pectorals, and back muscles. Many of my athletes now prefer the Rally Orbital Massager over a traditional massage gun.

I have tried many massagers over the years, and the Rally's ability to apply firm pressure without jackhammering the point of contact is incredible. I am a stretch and muscle therapist and have been using the Rally Orbital Massager with nearly all my clients with welcome results. It’s calmer than percussion therapy and they have responded well to it. I have used it on clients with touch aversion issues and have been able to get work and relief to those sensitive areas. And best of all I have had a few clients that liked it so much that they went and bought it themselves. I use it through my day turning 4- 5 60 and 90 minute sessions and my only issue is battery life. Don’t get me wrong it lasts through out my session. I probably just need to get another! It’s worth every penny.

I swam competitively many years but now swim just to stay fit while also doing moderate lifting. I purchased the Rally after it was recommended by a trainerv at my gym. I now use it after weights and also after swimming and aerobics. It is a godsend for blood flow, soreness, limberness, feeling more fit, and feeling a lot more energy. I really appreciate the low noise and ease of use factor. I also like that you can do gentle or intense modes, because I have always disliked how massage guns felt so gruff (so I never used them!). I take the Rally with several attachments to the pool with me -- when it;s there, I feel more motivated to workout, and also stronger for tomorrow
